The Rescue Center and Sanctuary Las Pumas is funded and administrated by the Hagnauer Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that obtains its funds mainly from the visits of tourists to the Sanctuary.
Unfortunately, the economic intake isn’t enough to support all our expenses. That’s why we created a system of sponsorship where YOU can be part of our allies so we can continue with our labor of rescue, rehabilitation and release of wildlife; as well as the development of environmental education.

FOOTPRINT
You can support us with little contributions which help us buying materials and basic equipment for the daily activities in the Sanctuary and the Rescue Center (drinkers, feeders, hoses, brooms, heaters, milk for infants, carriers…).
SPECIE
Help us maintaining one of our animals at the Sanctuary. Each one of them needs food, medicines and maintenance of their enclosure year a year.
HABITAT
If you donate under this category, you’ll be helping to improve the home of a lot of our animals in the Sanctuary. Our facilities have more than 20 years since they were built, little by little we have been building new enclosures and infrastructure; however, we still have to remodel some enclosures.
ECOSYSTEM
You can support the little projects of our main programs of Wildlife Conservation and Management (infants husbandry, tracking released animals) and Environmental Education (educative materials, signals, paint)
