DON’T TAKE ME OUT OF MY HABITAT
The Educative Campaign DON’T TAKE ME OUT OF MY HABITAT (in Spanish: NO ME SAQUÉS DE MI HÁBITAT) has as aim to inform and raise awareness about infant wild animals that are found alone; so people decide to rescue them without really being sure if the mother (or parents) are alive. The long-term goal is to decrease the number of infant wild animals arriving to Las Pumas Rescue Center (www.centrorescatelaspumas.org) from Chorotega region and Nicoya Peninsula due to an incorrect assessment, and to increase the survival success of these animals in the wild.
